We offer proficient project and site evaluation which is the first and foremost step before we move on to designing the interior of a building. Pre-tender services - Preliminary Budget Estimate and Feasibility Evaluation

The pre-tender services convert design evaluations into technical information. Under this service, we prepare a bill of quantities to comprehend the cost of the project. This may require the involvement of a builder or contractor who’d help us build a budget. When we get the preliminary budget, we propose it to the clients and move according to their feedback. Not only the budget, but this service also includes the preparation of project drawings, specifications, and presentation.

Tendering

We do not leave our clients hanging midway. Thus, once we have prepared the pre-tender, we move on to tendering. In this step, we finalize the details of all the previous discussions, meetings, and amendments for execution. It includes final drawings, specifications, materials, installation procedures, floor plan, etc. With that, we set the seal on schedules, furniture, drawings, budgets, material quantities, and everything that needs closure.

Once everything is finalized, we head towards preparing tender documents for bids and proposals from suppliers and contractors.

Contract Administration

Under contract administration, we carry out all the processes from choosing a contractor to discussing the project details for execution. The contractors’ list can be provided by us or the client, in either case, the project is handed over only to the reliable builder and supplier.

Our experts personally meet the contractor to give them a detailed insight into the project, answer their queries, highlight revisions if they come up during the discussion, and devise a conclusive “scope of work” document.
